How much does shipping cost?

Our delivery costs are calculated automatically when you checkout based on your delivery address.

Order for EUR 85 or more and you will benefit from FREE delivery costs*

*Costs and times may vary depending on your address. In particular, additional delivery costs may be applied for delivery addresses that are difficult to access: Corsica, DOM-TOM, mountainous areas, islands, etc. For our customers located outside the European Union: Rest assured, shipping costs and product costs include customs duties and taxes that may be applicable to your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Normally, the carrier takes between 4 and 7 days to deliver your order. You will receive an email or SMS containing the tracking of your order as well as the delivery date!

I haven't received my package but the tracking shows it as "delivered"

If your package is marked as "delivered" by the local postal service, but you have not yet received it, we invite you to check your mailbox. You can also go see your neighbors / your building caretaker if they haven't collected it for you.

In order to speed up the processing of your request, indicate in the subject of your email "Parcel not received but indicated delivered*" as well as your full name and your order number.

What are the preparation and shipping times?

We prepare your packages in our warehouse as quickly as possible after your orders have been placed.

Most orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped the same or next day.

Please keep in mind that during busy periods, product availability may be modified and preparation and shipping times for your order may increase.

Cancellation and Order Modification Policy

We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned, or you may have simply changed your mind.

As we process and ship all orders very quickly, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations after your order has been placed

We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse.

Return and Refund Policy

If the order has been shipped, rest assured, you can make a return in order to benefit from a refund, subject to the rules below.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the original packaging. The package delivery label must also be present and intact.

For obvious hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the device has been used.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* Gift cards

* Digital books

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.

We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.

Reimbursement of delivery costs is only possible in the event of withdrawal before sending the package.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded.

Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from this. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €50, we recommend that you consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the package or purchase delivery insurance.
